Information for Parents

Notification of absence

If you are unable to attend your programme, please notify us of your child's absence at least 24 hours in advance via the Twigsee app (each parent will receive access to the app upon payment), so that we can offer the available spot to substitutes. We understand that sometimes you may be unable to attend due to illness, vacation, etc. However, we still have to cover rent, utilities, and other regular expenses, and therefore it is not possible for us to refund any fees.

Organization of the school year 2024/2025.

I. semester: October 2024 - 31 January 2025

II. semester : 1 February 2025 - 31 May 2025; Lessons will not take place during spring break and nationally recognized holidays. The course fee will not be reduced, as it is already included in the total payment for the semester.

Information about the club's operations

Before joining the club, parents will receive detailed information about the rules and activities, and a parents' meeting will be held.
